1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Relictum Launcher ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. Nature of the Software

Relictum Launcher is a third-party client management tool designed for interoperability with World of Warcraft game clients. It is developed independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

The Software is strictly a launcher and patch management utility. It does not contain, distribute, or modify the original game executable code in a way that bypasses copy protection.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that:

  • World of Warcraft® and Blizzard Entertainment® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries.
  • This Software does not contain any assets (models, textures, sounds) owned by Blizzard Entertainment.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a legal right to access and use the game clients managed by this Software.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Software, you agree:

  • To use the Software only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • To not use the Software to facilitate piracy or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
  • To possess a legally obtained copy of the game client files.
  • That you are using this Software at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
